Restoration of the military prosecutor’s office as an element of the system of military justice bodies of Ukraine

The article examines the creation (restoration) of the military prosecutor’s office, as an integral element of the system of military justice bodies of Ukraine, in the conditions of the legal regime of martial law and a special period, based on the results of the analysis of draft laws of the Parliament of Ukraine and the experience of the operation of the military prosecutor’s office in NATO member countries.
