Green House Gases change the climate by trapping heat. Normally, these gasses increase air pollution and affect the respiratory system of humans. The largest emitter of greenhouse gases is the energy sector. The significant sources of Green House Gas include the Transportation Industry (especially Construction life on earth is possible due to the greenhouse effect. Without it, the earth’s surface would be around -19°C instead of the current average of 14°C. The greenhouse effect is produced by greenhouse gasses (GHG) like water vapour, carbon dioxide (CO2), methane (CH4), nitrous oxides (NxO) and ozone (O3). GHG has natural and anthropogenic origins. However, increasing GHG emissions to a large extent will impact climate change, leading to affected production. This study analyzes the negative impact on production, which will slow down business activities and, in turn, impact repayment capability. This results in a higher defaulting ratio. A structural equation model was developed to understand the interrelationship between these exogenous and endogenous variables.
