At present, college students, due to factors such as high academic pressure, experience a decline in their sleep quality and varying degrees of obesity. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to explore the effects of sleep quality on different obesity indexes in college students. The Association of sleep duration, depth and continuity with body mass index (BMI), waist circumference and Body fat percentage was analyzed by quantitative analysis. The results show that different aspects of sleep quality have a significant impact on obesity indicators, and there are gender differences.
