This research paper introduces a charging infrastructure for electric vehicles (EVs) utilizing a common DC bus and hybrid renewable energy sources, specifically battery bank storage (BBS) and proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC). The paper also targeted on the energy balance of a battery-PEM FC hybrid energy source for an EVs. Recognizing the insufficient capacity of the battery alone to meet load demands, the integration of a fuel cell (FC) enhances sustainability, ensuring uninterrupted energy production in the hybrid system. The incorporation of a without sensor induction motor drive(IMD) adds cost-effectiveness and efficiency to the electric vehicle system. The proposed system is constructed and simulated on the the MATLAB/Simulink software, with the system's design and control validated through the demonstration of simulation results.
