AI has achieved significant achievements and offers huge potential and applications across numerous areas, including the fashion and luxury industry. There, this article is to examine the application of AI technology in the fashion and luxury industry, specifically focusing on its utilization in personalized customer experience, market promotion and sales strategies, product design and innovation, as well as inventory and supply chain management. Additionally, this article aims to analyze the key existing issues and challenges brought about by these applications. This article a prospectus on the current focal points and future prospects of this research topic.
