The implementation of an effective marketing mix is crucial for strengthening the competitiveness of productive waqf-based enterprises. This community service project aimed to enhance the managerial and marketing capacities of Mooist Donuts and Milk, a waqf business unit under the Bina Peradaban Islam Indonesia Foundation. The program involved 15 participants from three business units through activities such as needs assessment, POAC-based business management training, Canva-based branding workshops, and mentoring on the use of the Kasir Pintar application. Results showed a 15% increase in daily revenue, improved participant knowledge, and doubled social media engagement within two months. The initiative not only enhanced marketing performance but also promoted community empowerment by integrating Islamic economic values in productive waqf management
