This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational support and interpersonal communication on employee performance, both directly and through job satisfaction as a mediating variable, among employees of the General Affairs Division of the Regional Secretariat of Jombang Regency. This research employs a quantitative approach with a census method, where the entire population of 149 employees was used as the sample. The data analysis technique applied is Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results indicate that organizational support has a significant effect on employee performance. Interpersonal communication also has a significant influence on employee performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction positively affects performance and serves as a mediating factor in the relationship between organizational support and interpersonal communication with employee performance. These findings emphasize the importance of organizational support and effective interpersonal communication in creating a satisfying work environment that contributes to improved employee performance.
