Background: Prolapsed Intervertebral Disc (PIVD) is one of the most prevalent, often leading to radiculopathy, characterized by radiating pain, tingling, numbness, and restricted mobility. Patients typically present with low back pain, stiffness, and radiating symptoms. This condition resembles Gridhrasi. Materials and methods: This case report presents a 42-year-old male with chronic left-sided low back pain radiating to the left lower limb, diagnosed with Grade III disc desiccation at L4–L5 and L5–S1 with central canal stenosis and left lateral recess stenosis on MRI. A 15-day integrated Panchakarma protocol, including Sarvanga Snehana-Swedana, Kati Basti, Kala Basti and oral Ayurvedic medications. Results and Discussion: After 15 days of the treatment to the patient, pain, stiffness, and the SLR test improved significantly.
