Modern agricultural production is facing an unprecedented personnel crisis caused by demographic changes, urbanization and a decrease in the attractiveness of agricultural labor. This study analyzes the potential of digital HR ecosystems integrating artificial intelligence and automated technologies as a solution to personnel challenges in the agro-industrial complex. The study is based on a comprehensive analysis of empirical data, including statistics of agricultural labor resources, technological trends and economic indicators of the introduction of digital solutions. The results demonstrate a critical reduction in the agricultural labor force from 10% of total employment in the 1950s to less than 1% currently, while the agricultural AI technology market is growing from 1. 7 billion in 2023 to a projected 4. 7 billion by 2028. Digital HR ecosystems, including automated recruitment systems, AI talent management platforms, and robotic solutions, show effectiveness in reducing the need for manual labor by 27-35% while increasing productivity by 15-23%. The study identifies key barriers to implementation: high initial investments, lack of digital competencies, and resistance to traditional management methods. The practical significance of the work lies in the development of a comprehensive model for the transformation of HR processes in the agro-industrial complex through the integration of AI technologies, which contributes to the sustainable development of the industry and food security.
