Purpose: This study was conducted to empirically examine the relationship betweenthe transformational leadership and project success with mediating role of teambuilding and moderating effect of HRM Practices.Methodology/Design: 184 responses from top and middle management employees ofproject based public and private organizations available in Rawalpindi/Islamabad werecollected and analysis was performed. Structure Equation Modelling was used to testthe relationship between the variables.Findings: On the basis of facts and figures derived from the received responses, it wasevident that a significant model was developed. The results were generally supportiveto the developed hypotheses.Implication: Another prime objective of this research was to test the concept inPakistani context with a perspective that may be this research work contributes for theperformance improvement of project-based departments/organizations.
