This report summarises the activities and outcomes of the BPS Psychotherapy Section’s participation in the 19th European Congress of Psychology (ECP), themed “Transforming Psychological Science: The 2030 Agenda.” The Section successfully enhanced its visibility and fostered international connections. Two high-impact presentations on trauma and problem management among displaced populations were delivered, receiving positive feedback. Dissemination of Section materials, particularly the Psychotherapy Review, was highly successful, generating significant interest and potential submissions from professionals across Europe. Key networking achievements include laying the groundwork for joint workshops, engaging with the European Federation of Psychology Students’ Associations (EFPSA) to empower youth, and identifying new research topics. Strategic discussions were held with BPS leadership regarding the Section’s promotion in The Psychologist and the crucial goal of transforming the Section into a Division to enhance its standing. The congress was a resounding success in strengthening the Section’s global reach.
