This paper introduces the concept of Quantum Coherence Seeds (QCS) as the foundational initiators of macro-scale resonance patterns observed in planetary environments. Through the Qindra Core Framework, a unified mechanism is proposed in which micro-level coherent oscillators—arising at the quantum boundary—amplify through harmonic cascades to produce planetary-scale geometric and energetic structures. We show that natural harmonic ratios (1:2, 2:3, √2, √3, φ) emerge spontaneously when coherence seeds cross a threshold where quantum fluctuations begin imposing long-range order on classical fields. These seeds become phase-locked with atmospheric, geophysical, and orbital field lines, producing measurable resonance signatures across multiple scales. The model demonstrates how micro-scale coherence → mesoscale pattern → planetary resonance can occur through a stable chain of nonlinear couplings. This provides a new physical basis for understanding large-scale structures such as atmospheric bands, geophysical standing waves, planetary vibrational modes, and field-driven geometric formations. The paper establishes a bridge between quantum coherence physics and planetary-scale resonance phenomena, presenting a testable and predictive framework that expands current scientific boundaries.
