Abstract In the indirect search for dark matter, recent observations of gamma-ray, X-ray and radio signals have imposed strong constraints on annihilating particle dark matter. In this article, we explore the near-infrared data from the region of the inner Galactic Center to adopt an indirect method for constraining dark matter mass and annihilation cross-section. By examining the dark matter density spike model with two different benchmark values of the spike index, we rule out a large parameter space of the annihilation cross section against dark matter mass for some of the preferred annihilation channels (^, e^, ^, bb, W^).
