This document introduces a new mathematical construct: Causal Graphs with Dynamic Trace (CGDT). The work formalizes their fundamental structures, explores their algebraic and topological properties, and analyzes the intrinsic dynamics of accumulation, dissipation, and generation of "novelty", a concept rigorously defined herein, within such systems. The aim is to provide the theoretical foundations for an innovative approach to modeling complex systems characterized by evolution and causal interactions, contributing to a deeper understanding of the nature of causality and its dynamic representation. The article has been innovated in significant aspects.
