In this study, hot-deformed Nd-Fe-B magnets were successfully prepared by spark plasma sintering. The orientation texture of the grain boundary plane was then investigated, and the microstructure of the grain boundaries was observed using scanning electron microscopy and electron backscatter diffraction. The results show that the grain boundary plane exhibits a 45° preferred misorientation angle. The 45°/001 boundary plane, in particular, favors a (250) oriented texture with a distinct tilt structure. The potential relationship between this texture and the magnetic properties was discussed, with 45°/001 used as a representative example.
