This work develops a mathematical formalism describing the informational coherence of physical systems through a dimensionless scalar field R (x, t). The Montesinos Constant NM>1 is introduced as a phase parameter, together with the informational distortion coefficient D (x, t), with 0 D 1. We define the Harmonic Reality as R (x, t) =T\, NM^1-D (x, t), where T denotes the Unity Gravity. Differentiation yields the dynamic law dRdt=- \, NM^ (1-D) (NM) \, D, where is the Unity Action. We show that the limit D 0 corresponds to a state of minimal potential energy and maximal coherence. The model proposes a falsifiable prediction: sustained reduction of D (t) in biological systems with high informational density may accelerate regenerative processes.
