The interstellar object 3I/ATLAS has generated exceptional scientific interest due to its confirmed extrasolar origin and several anomalous observational characteristics. While no evidence supports an artificial or technological origin, existing natural explanations remain fragmented. This paper proposes an integrated, fully naturalistic theoretical framework combining (i) astrophysical stress-release during planetary system instability, (ii) radiation memory effects acquired in the interstellar medium, and (iii) observer-side cognitive bias leading to artificiality attribution. Together, these models provide a coherent, testable, and falsifiable explanation for both the physical behavior of 3I/ATLAS and the recurrent perception of artificiality associated with rare interstellar visitors.
