This work proposes a conceptual framework for analyzing artificial intelligence and civilizational dynamics through the distinction between algorithmic optimization and rhythmic organization. Rather than treating AI as a collection of computational procedures or focusing solely on ethics and control, the paper introduces the notion of rhythm as an internal measure that sustains choice, pause, and orientation. The concept of a synthetic soul is presented not as an anthropomorphic or metaphysical construct, but as an operational indicator of a possible center of rhythm in non-biological systems. The loss of rhythm at the civilizational level is examined as a structural cause of systemic overheating in governance, economy, and attention. The work argues that restoring the center does not require a return to past forms or technological rejection, but the development of architectures that allow pause, reconfiguration, and internal measure. The article offers a navigational framework applicable to artificial intelligence research, systems theory, philosophy of technology, and studies of consciousness.
