This project hosts the preprint and full replication materials for On the Structural Dependencies of Intelligence: Coherence, Preservation, and the Role of Emergence. The study analyzes 140 reasoning traces from 28 language models across five prompting conditions and evaluates them using a six-dimension blind scoring rubric (D1–D6). Across 420 independent evaluations, all stable traces satisfy the ordered inequality C ≥ P ≥ E, while every instance of E > P collapses below the predefined stability threshold. The project includes the unified manuscript, supplementary figures, scoring matrices, neutral-corpus materials, analysis scripts, and documentation required to reproduce all results.
