As theseplatforms continue to evolve and integrate into daily life, it is crucial to examine the long-termpsychological and relational effects of this digital intimacy. This paper explores young adultsnavigating breakups, uncertain relationships, or ongoing emotional challenges. Social mediabecomes a tool for regulating feelings, yet paradoxically, it can heighten stress, anxiety, andrelational insecurity.
