his paper presents an alternative method for deriving the formula of the perimeter of an ellipse, which combined projection and calculus, while potentially more intricate, offers a different perspective compared to traditional integration methods. The purpose of this paper is to represent another possible orientation of investigating the elliptical perimeter. Also, at the end of this paper, it explores this theory deeper to provide a summation approximation based on this idea.
