Timeless Correlation Theory (TCT) extends relational approaches to time by introducing operational metrics of clock quality and reproducible numerical demonstrations. By reframing temporal flow as a property of stable system–clock correlations, TCT bridges foundational questions in quantum gravity with experimentally testable predictions.
