This paper introduces the Model of Quantum-Cognitive Recoherence (MQCR), a formal theoretical framework for creative emergence grounded in quantum-inspired operators and energy-based reconstruction dynamics. The model characterizes creativity as a structured process involving superposition, selective decoherence, and nonlinear recoherence toward semantic attractors. MQCR unifies concepts from cognitive science, information theory, and complex systems, generating testable behavioral and computational predictions. The framework is proposed as a foundational architecture for understanding non-linear creative reconstruction beyond linear blending and stochastic models.
