This work introduces the Principle of Finite Vacuum Capacity (PFVC) as a foundationalcompletion of existing physical frameworks rather than a correction of them. Generalrelativity, quantum field theory, and modern information-based approaches are not assumedto be wrong; instead, they are shown to operate under an implicit assumption of unboundedvacuum response that leaves their theoretical map without explicit borders. The PFVC asserts that the physical vacuum possesses a finite capacity for causal response. This ontological bound supplies the missing delimitative structure required to close otherwiseopen theoretical constructions. As this capacity is approached, physical response necessarilyenters regimes of saturation, impedance, and causal memory, preventing unbounded linearbehavior and infinite divergences. Beyond the conceptual formulation, this extended version includes an explicit sphericalcollapse calculation demonstrating that horizon formation is preserved while the classicalcentral singularity is replaced by a finite saturation core. The resulting geometry is shownto be regular, covariantly conserved, and independent of ad hoc dynamical assumptions. Within this framework, spacetime curvature, quantum fluctuations, renormalization procedures, and holographic information bounds are reinterpreted as consistent manifestations of a singleunderlying limit. The PFVC introduces no new fields and relies on no phenomenological tuning;its role is strictly delimitative. In this view, infinities are not physical predictions, butsignals of ontological incompleteness.
