This paper presents the Master Equation of the Myomin Aung Theory of Everything (MATE), a medium-based framework in which gravitation, relativistic effects, gravitational waves, and cosmological redshift emerge from the dynamics of a structured vacuum (“photon-sea”). Gravity is described as a frequency-gradient phenomenon rather than as fundamental spacetime curvature.A single scalar field governed by a wave–diffusion–dissipation equation replaces Einstein’s field equations and eliminates the need for dark matter and dark energy as fundamental entities. The existence of a finite ground frequency introduces elasticity and saturation, removing physical singularities and rendering the Penrose–Hawking singularity theorems inapplicable. The master equation reproduces Newtonian gravity, relativistic light deflection, gravitational redshift, binary pulsar decay, gravitational-wave propagation, and the observed cosmological redshift as limiting or emergent cases. This work serves as the primary parent reference for subsequent MATE and photon-sea phenomenological studies archived on Zenodo.
