This paper presents a strong-field extension of Thermal Relativity (TR), interpreting black holes as thermodynamic phase structures rather than geometric singularities. Using results from a first-principles, certified Boltzmann solver, the work shows that extreme free thermal energy forcing drives the lattice ordering response to saturation, terminating measurable time locally. Black hole horizons are reinterpreted as pressure-defined activation boundaries, while evaporation and gravitational waves emerge as thermal phase conversion and thermal-time pulses, respectively. The framework reproduces known strong-field observables while providing a non-geometric, physically grounded interpretation of horizons, evaporation, and gravitational wave emission.
