The purpose of the work is to analyze and improve business processes of labor incentives to increase employee motivation and reduce staff turnover. The study of labor incentives is a multifaceted process that requires the use of an integrated methodological approach. The research is based on the need to identify effective motivation mechanisms that enhance productivity and employee satisfaction. The first stage is the analysis of existing theoretical concepts of incentives, which form the conceptual basis for understanding the motivational factors influencing work. The next stage is an empirical study, which includes the collection and analysis of data on the applied systems of remuneration, bonuses and non-financial incentives in a particular enterprise. An important aspect is the development of new proposals and the assessment of the impact of the implemented incentives on the actual performance of the organization. In the course of this study, fundamental research was conducted on the theoretical foundations of stimulating labor activity. The use of SWOT and PEST analysis methods has made it possible to identify critical factors and potential opportunities for optimizing the personnel incentive system at the airline. Proposals were formulated to improve business processes, including the introduction of a cycle of continuous improvement of Deming, the development of a new bonus program and a differentiated approach to calculating tangible and intangible rewards. An assessment of the projected effect of the implementation of these proposals indicates a potential reduction in staff turnover and an increase in labor productivity. The results obtained can be used to improve the efficiency of human resource management and improve working conditions at an aviation enterprise.
