This package presents the interpretative and applicative possibilities of the MAB–ST (Markó–Anna–Beáta Set Theory) relational set-theoretic framework with respect to chemical systems. The aim of the document is not to introduce new chemical theories, reaction mechanisms, or predictive computational methods, but to provide a meta-level interpretative framework that helps to structure and align different descriptive layers of chemistry (e.g., quantum chemistry, molecular dynamics, reaction kinetics, thermodynamics). In this context, MAB–ST does not replace established theoretical and experimental methods in chemistry, but offers an abstract relational scaffold for the coherent and comparable interpretation of chemical models, state spaces, and causal structures. The framework may be particularly useful in the analysis of complex chemical systems where multiple heterogeneous models and descriptive levels must be applied jointly. The files included in this package are not assembled in a random manner. The individual documents build upon each other, and in order to properly understand the interpretative and applicative boundaries of the MAB–ST framework, it is recommended to consult the associated interpretative appendices jointly. To avoid misinterpretations, particular attention should be paid to the documents specifying interpretative frameworks, usage constraints, and applicability boundaries. The chemical appendix builds upon the general MAB–ST framework presented in the core document (MAB–ST core framework, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18518738). The mathematical formalization is provided in a separate package (mathematical interpretative appendix, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18520515), while interpretative and applicative boundaries as well as usage constraints are detailed in the corresponding MAB–ST interpretative framework documents. The present package should not be understood as an independent chemical theory, but as one domain-specific application of the general relational perspective offered by MAB–ST. The references and DOI identifiers listed at the end of this package provide access to the related MAB–ST documents as well as the applicable licensing and usage conditions.
