Nutraceuticals have received considerable interest because of their presumed safety and potential nutritional and therapeutic effects. Nutraceuticals are any ingredients used as food or as a component of food that have normal nutritional value and health promotions. Various nutraceuticals classification and their potential therapeutic action in disease, such their anti-cancer , anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-lipid activity, will be discuss in this article. This review article highlights the value of nutraceuticals in many metabolic disorders to treat variety of illness and diseases.
