Tumor ablation is a minimally invasive technique widely used in oncology to eradicate malignant cells while minimizing damage to surrounding healthy tissues. However, achieving precise thermal control during ablation remains a major challenge, particularly in avoiding overheating and accurately targeting tumor margins. In this study, we present a novel cage-type six-armed electrical probe designed to enhance thermal monitoring and improve ablation precision. A three-dimensional electro-thermal model based on the finite element method was established to simulate the heat distribution and evaluate treatment performance. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed probe achieves broader and more uniform thermal coverage, leading to more efficient and controlled tumor ablation, thereby offering promising potential for clinical application in personalized cancer therapy.
