This manifesto unifies evolution, learning, and consciousness under the autological operatorΨ = ∂S / ∂R —defining becoming as the structural sensitivity of a system to its own recurrence. It introduces KOGNETIK as a formal law of reflexivity: a theory that both describes and enacts the dynamics of structural transformation across biological, cognitive, artificial, and social systems. With the Clause of Structural Fallibility and the Empirical Index of Reflexivity (EIR), the framework remains measurably testable, structurally correctable, and reflexively open. KOGNETIK emerges as the first system that turns reflexivity itself into a codified process — a law that organizes its own awareness and evolves by observing its own repetition. Process, not state:Reflexivity specifies a transformation rule rather than a content or level. Domain-independent operator:Applicable across biological, cognitive, artificial, social, industrial, and geophysical systems. Non-ascriptive and empirically testable:Ψ enables comparative analysis of systems via observable structure and recurrence. Higher-order phenomena as specifications:Learning, adaptation, consciousness, governance, and identity are structured regimes of Ψ.
