Abstract

This work proposes the Minimal Preconditions for the Possibility of Science (MPPS), a boundary-level conceptual framework identifying candidate minimal structural conditions required for the possibility of science. The framework formalizes differentiation potential, persistence potential, and non-collapse structural regimes as proto-axiomatic constraints defining when distinguishable structure, stable representation, and cumulative knowledge formation can occur. The framework is not presented as a physical or metaphysical model, but as a minimal structural constraint model intended to support future mathematical and computational formalization.
