We extend the "Omega Framework" to the microscopic limit, deriving the gauge groups and mass spectrum of the Standard Model from the geometry of Intersecting D-Branes in the Bulk. We postulate that the observable particle content arises from open strings stretching between a configuration of N=3 (Color), N=2 (Weak), and N=1 (Hypercharge) brane stacks. Unlike static String Phenomenology, we introduce a dynamic stabilization mechanism: the separation distance between stacks—which determines the particle masses via string tension—is not arbitrary but governed by the Bulk Injection Pressure (Dark Energy) derived in Paper III. We analytically demonstrate that the Higgs VEV is effectively replaced by the geometric modulus of the inter-brane separation. This implies a direct correlation between the Cosmological Constant and the Mass Scale of elementary particles. Finally, we show that the hierarchy between the Planck scale and the Electroweak scale is naturally generated by the warping of the Bulk, providing a geometric solution to the Hierarchy Problem without requiring low-energy Supersymmetry.
