ABSTRACT: This poetic sequence, composed collectively by the six surviving children of Madam Zhu Xiuyu, wife of General Wang Puchen, marks the 40th anniversary of her passing on February 8, 1986. The following six interlinked poems are edited for publication by Madam Zhu's fourth son, Lawrence K.
