This work presents an ontological reflection on time, universe, and measure grounded in the Qur’an. It argues that the universe exists only in the present moment it realizes and is therefore ontologically incapable of storing completed moments of time. From this perspective, the totality of time necessarily exceeds the universe and requires a higher ontological domain. This study does not propose a physical theory, but offers a conceptual framework positioning science within the principles of measure, reason, and knowledge.
