This paper presents a deterministic formulation of the Multiverse within the MUT v5.8 framework. By extending the Effective Background Scalar Field scaling factor into the complex plane, we show that parallel universes are distinct ΦA domains with orthogonal phase angles θ. Interaction between universes is prohibited when their phase difference Δθ = π/2, providing a natural explanation for independent realities. Quantum tunneling is interpreted as transient phase-shifts between these complex domains. This framework unifies the concept of multiple universes as a single, multidimensional scalar field flux, offering a novel deterministic perspective on the Multiverse.
