This record contains a revised historical formulation (October 2025) of Relational Gravity, documenting an early developmental stage of the program. Version 2.0 removes several speculative sections from the original draft and focuses on the core physical proposal: an effective informational contribution to the stress–energy tensor, defined via entanglement entropy, and its potential phenomenological implications for dark-sector observables. The framework has since been substantially refined and extended, and this formulation is superseded by subsequent technical and empirical work.
