Malaria continues to be a significant public health concern in Kenya, particularly in rural areas where access to healthcare is limited. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions with CHWs, community members, and local healthcare providers. CHWs significantly reduced malaria incidence by 30% in the second year of the campaign compared to baseline levels. Community Health Workers played a pivotal role in disseminating malaria prevention information and implementing control measures effectively. Further training programmes should be developed to enhance CHW capacity, and sustained community engagement is crucial for long-term malaria reduction strategies.
