Community health centers (CHCs) in Kenya play a crucial role in primary healthcare delivery, particularly in underserved rural areas. A comprehensive search strategy was employed across multiple databases including PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar. Studies were critically appraised using PRISMA guidelines for inclusion and exclusion criteria. The analysis revealed a significant variation (p < 0. 05) in the adoption rates of CHCs among different regions, with rural areas showing higher uptake compared to urban settings. This review underscores the importance of standardised methodologies in assessing CHC effectiveness and highlights regional disparities that require tailored interventions. Future research should prioritise methodological consistency and consider contextual factors influencing CHC adoption rates. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
