This document formalizes the fundamental principles of Push-theory (now 5d) and Shadow on the Wall (possible futures 11d), a mechanical framework that redefines the relationship between energy, matter, and time. By transitioning from the abstract geometry of General Relativity to a fluid-dynamic model of the universe, Push-theory provides a unified explanation for the emergence of physical reality from a primordial pressure field. Push-theory aligns with and extends the concept of "Emergent Gravity" proposed by Erik Verlinden. Both frameworks reject gravity as a fundamental force, instead identifying it as an entropic or mechanical pressure gradient arising from information density.
