Adolescent maternal and reproductive health (AMRH) knowledge is crucial for informed decision-making in urban South African communities. A comprehensive search strategy was employed to identify relevant studies, including systematic review databases and grey literature. Studies were assessed for methodological rigor using predefined criteria. The analysis revealed a statistically significant improvement (p < 0. 05) in AMRH knowledge scores post-survey compared to pre-test results among surveyed adolescents. The surveys effectively enhanced AMRH knowledge, with educational gains and community participation observed over the six-month period. Further studies should explore long-term effects and implementation strategies for sustained impact. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
