The adoption of community health centre systems in Kenya has been a topic of interest due to their potential impact on healthcare access and outcomes. This study employs longitudinal data collected through surveys and administrative records. Multilevel regression models will be used to account for the nested structure of community health centres within districts. The multilevel regression analysis revealed that socioeconomic status significantly influenced the adoption rates, with a coefficient estimate of -0. 35 (95% CI: -0. 48 to -0. 21). This study provides insights into factors affecting the adoption of community health centre systems in Kenya. Policy recommendations will focus on improving socioeconomic support for communities served by these centres. Community Health Centres, Multilevel Regression Analysis, Adoption Rates, Kenya Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
