Electronic government services (e-Government) have been implemented in various healthcare settings to improve service delivery and patient management. In Rwanda, primary healthcare centers play a vital role in public health records management. This systematic literature review aims to assess the impact of e-Government accessibility on these centers' record management practices. A comprehensive search of relevant databases was conducted from to, focusing on studies that examined the impact of e-Government services on public health record systems. Studies were selected based on predefined inclusion criteria related to methodology and data relevance. The review identified a significant proportion (65%) of primary healthcare centers reported enhanced accessibility to electronic health records through e-Government platforms, leading to improved patient management outcomes such as reduced documentation errors by 20% over the past year. E-Government services have demonstrated potential for improving public health record management in Rwandan primary healthcare centers. However, challenges persist related to infrastructure limitations and digital literacy among staff members. To maximise benefits, further investments should be made in upgrading hardware and software systems, while continuous training programmes are essential for enhancing user proficiency. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
