Maternal care facilities in Ghana face challenges related to system efficiency and clinical outcomes. A systematic review of existing data from multiple sources was conducted, employing multilevel regression models to analyse the relationship between facility system parameters and clinical outcomes in Ghanaian hospitals. Specifically, we utilised a mixed-effects logistic regression model with robust standard errors to account for within-hospital correlations among observations. The analysis revealed an improvement trend in neonatal survival rates (p < 0. 05) associated with enhanced maternal care facility systems, indicating that system improvements can lead to better clinical outcomes. This study highlights the importance of evaluating and improving maternal care facility systems for optimal clinical results in Ghanaian healthcare settings. Health policymakers should prioritise system enhancements at facilities to further improve neonatal survival rates. Maternal Care, Facility Systems, Clinical Outcomes, Multilevel Regression Analysis Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
