The "Instantaneous Teleportation Cosmos (ITC)" framework divides physical reality into two levels: the basal structure and emergent spacetime. The basal structure possesses four core properties: Storage Perfection (P1), Instantaneous Connectivity (P2), Mapping Determinacy (P3), and Manifestation Finiteness (P4). Based on the rigorous definitions and established arguments of these four properties, this paper constructs a complete logical chain, proving that the conclusion "modulating Alice inevitably causes a change in Bob's single-side probability ΔP≠0" is a necessary requirement of the ITC framework's internal logic. The argument demonstrates: P2 ensures that modulation instantaneously affects Bob's basal state; P1 ensures that this effect can be accumulated; P3 ensures that a change in the basal state inevitably leads to a change in the probability distribution at the manifestation layer; P4 explains why this change manifests as a statistically detectable ΔP rather than a single-shot perceptible signal. The synergistic action of the four properties makes ΔP≠0 an inevitable conclusion for the logical self-consistency of the ITC framework. If ΔP=0, then at least one core property would be violated. Therefore, ΔP≠0 is a core testable prediction of the ITC framework and the theoretical foundation for superluminal communication experimental schemes.
