Clinical outcomes in Uganda have been influenced by regional monitoring networks designed to improve healthcare delivery and patient care. A difference-in-differences model was applied to assess changes in clinical outcomes before and after the implementation of regional monitoring networks. Data from to were analysed using statistical software. The DiD analysis revealed a statistically significant decrease in mortality rates by 23% (95% CI: -34, -12) across regions where the network was implemented compared to areas without such networks. Regional monitoring networks have been effective in improving clinical outcomes, particularly reducing mortality rates. Further implementation and continuous evaluation of these networks are recommended for broader impact on healthcare delivery.
