AI Driven Home Service System for Service Recommendation and Provider Trust Analysis

Abstract: Local technicians, including plumbers, electricians, carpenters, and other service providers,face challenges related to visibility, inconsistent job opportunities, trust gaps, and lack of standardizedcommunication channels. This paper introduces AI Driven Home Service System , an intelligentplatform designed to bridge the accessibility gap between customers and verified technicians. Thesystem enables users to search, connect, communicate, and book services through a structuredworkflow integrating job posting, technician matching, real-time notifications, and user reviews. Theproposed solution aims to enhance service reliability, reduce manual searching effort, and improvecustomer satisfaction. Preliminary analysis suggests that AI Driven Home Service System cansignificantly improve technician engagement and streamline local service delivery.
