In Ghana's secondary school systems, adoption rates of new educational technologies vary significantly among schools. Multilevel regression analysis was employed to assess the impact of various factors on technology adoption at both school-level (n = 100) and district-level (n = 20). A significant proportion, approximately 45%, of schools reported adopting new educational technologies in their districts. The multilevel regression analysis revealed that factors such as teacher training and school infrastructure significantly influenced technology adoption rates. Schools should prioritise continuous teacher training programmes to enhance the uptake of new educational technologies.
