This Deliverable D6.2 Dissemination and Communication Plan – 2nd year (D&C Plan 2) was developed in month 12 after a first year of project implementation. For this task, REVOLVE established an initial communication plan (D6.1) that identified the needs and characteristics of the key stakeholders and wider audiences, and included a stakeholder analysis to gather insights from partners and in-depth ‘market’ research to understand the key “enablers”, “leaders” and “multipliers”. In year 1, various communication channels were launched to maximise outreach opportunities to reach these key audiences. An analysis of the indicators associated with the various communication and dissemination (C&D) activities shows that the project is mostly on track with achieving its C&D objectives. This document mostly highlights the key areas for improvement, strategies to achieve the improvement, and describes upcoming C&D implementation for year 2.
