Deliverable D9.3 is the first version of BLOOM’s Innovation Strategy and KER Review, giving partners practical guidance to continuously map innovations, refine exploitation pathways, and prepare the final exploitation plan, building on the stakeholder work from D9.1. The deliverable sets out a repeatable, committee-led circular review process that include monthly check-ins, biannual deep-dives, and milestone sessions tied to future deliverables to ensure traceability and TRL progression. It also tracks the five KERs’ status and introduces a 12-step “mini business case” method plus an initial scan of comparable cases to help choose between commercial, alternative, or licensing/dissemination routes and converge on evidence-backed pathways for the Final Exploitation Plan.
